Not worth it.

They will ask for an extra 1000 when you first move in to fix the trailer you have chosen. All of the trailers out here are a complete mess and they promise to make it just a little less so. They won't keep their end of the bargin, though. They will refuse to refund the money and they won't ever finish the work (assuming they ever get started). Most of these trailers were supposed to be torn down because of their state, but were repainted and rented out once again. We have leaks through out the house, the place is falling apart. And after speaking to other tenants ours is one of the nicer ones. That says a lot. This place is, by legal standards, a slum. I would avoid it. Even the park itself is a complete mess. We're not allowed to complain about the rotting wood or dry wall, the fact that the sewage is always backed up through out the park and now has a lovely sewage smell through out or any other issues. If you complain too many times, you're served with an eviction notice even if you pay rent on time every month and don't get complaints on you. We've been here for a year now and we feel like we're prisoners to the place. We've been here a year now and it's absolutely terrible. If you're looking at this place to move into, get someone you know and trust to do the work DO NOT PAY THEM TO DO IT. Get a house inspection because despite the law in Georgia, they don't get it done for most trailers here. And please, look over the whole park. They fix up the front to make it look nice and a lot of people don't get a good look of the whole park until they move here. Please, know what you're getting into. No one should have to live like this. It's basic human right.
